The 1-bedroom house is a house measuring around 90m2, with capacity for 4 people. It has a private outdoor area, measuring 70m2, with a charcoal barbecue and swimming pool for the exclusive use of its guests.

Important note: Our property preserves the original rustic character of the region and, for this reason, we inform you that the space does not offer adequate safety or comfort conditions for children, such as steep slopes, uneven floors, stairs without railings, or pools without fences.

We do not have any support infrastructure or amenities for children.

Our establishment is recommended for adults, with an environment focused on rest, silence, and tranquility.

You can choose single beds or join them together into a King-size bed (200x200 cm).

The living room sofa transforms into a single bed.

So as not to miss anything, the house is fully equipped:

kitchenette: all crockery and cooking utensils, combined refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine;

bathroom with bathtub and double shower: hairdryer, double rain shower, towels, pool towels and personal hygiene amenities.

other amenities: free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with more than 100 cable channels.

It has air conditioning, central heating and a wood burning stove.

It is inclusive accommodation and, therefore, the reception and this house are accessible for people with reduced mobility.

We do not serve breakfast. We provide a welcome basket.
